Our DNA

Utodas, based in Rhenen in the Netherlands, is a small and close-knit company with short lines of communication. Since its foundation in 1995, Utodas has been characterized by two pillars: technological development and customer satisfaction.

From couplings to telemetry
Utodas started out by developing innovative leak-proof tank couplings for kerosene at Schiphol Airport and for diesel in trains operated by Deutsche Bahn and other railway companies. In the same period, Utodas increasingly turned its attention to telemetry: online measurement and tracking of thelevel of bulk goods in tanks, containers and silos. In other words: we obtain measurements remotely.

Market leader
Utodas’ online measurement systems were first adopted by the oil industry. The chemical , automotive, waste treatment, sludge transport and public transport industry then followed. Nowadays we are the market leader in the Benelux and see plenty of opportunities to help other sectors benefit from the data our systems provide.

Helping customers
Whatever the challenge: large or small tanks, underground or overground, naturally occurring materials or chemicals – Utodas has a specific measurement solution for every all goods. And if we do not, we will develop one. Helping customers is our main priority: we develop solutions that work for them. That is part of our DNA.
